Generate a QR code
Print smart links on flyers, packaging, posters, business cards. PNG and SVG download.
Generate a QR code
Every smart link has a downloadable QR code. Tag the QR with the smart routing logic, not a single URL — when someone scans it, they get sent to the App Store on iPhone, Play Store on Android, your website on desktop.
Get the QR code
- From your dashboard, find the link.
- Click the QR button (or open Edit → Download QR).
- Choose:
- PNG — easiest for slides, social media, Word/Pages.
- SVG — vector, infinite zoom. Use this for print (flyers, packaging, large posters).
- The download starts immediately.
What it points to
The QR encodes the short URL (e.g. https://get.yourapp.com/abc123). When scanned, it goes through the normal smart-link routing — including any geo overrides you've configured.
Use cases
- Print marketing — flyers, posters, magazine ads, billboards.
- Packaging — print on the box of your physical product.
- Business cards — a QR next to your contact info, pointing to your app.
- Restaurant menus / kiosks — install our app, scan the table QR.
- Conference booths — visitors scan once, get the right store version for their phone.
Tips for printing
- For SVG: open in any vector tool (Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape) and resize without quality loss.
- Minimum size: ~2×2 cm at typical reading distance. Bigger is always safer.
- Make sure there's a quiet zone (white margin) around the code — at least the width of 4 modules. The downloaded files include the proper margin already.
- Test the print with a real phone before going to mass production.
What if I update the link later?
The QR code stays valid forever — it points to the short URL, not the destination. Update the link's URLs in your dashboard and every printed QR automatically routes to the new destinations on the next scan.
This is the killer feature compared to a "raw" QR pointing directly to an App Store URL: you can re-target millions of printed posters without reprinting anything.
